Mental health care (MHC) plans
As a clinically registered psychotherapist, I am not covered by Medicare for Mental Health Care (MHC) plans. However, I am pleased to inform you that my services are covered by many private health insurance providers (MediBank Private, Bupa, ARHG and AHM). You may find my one-hour session fee comparable to the out-of-pocket “gap” fee you would have to pay to a clinical psychologist on an MHC plan. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage details.
