Intuitive Yoga: a fusion of yoga, intuitive movement & TRE®

Intuitive Yoga is my fusion of yoga, intuitive movement & TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises). The classes are different each week, depending on the level of students in the class and their readiness to drop in and let go. The classes tend to be more gentle, to allow for deep rest and connection to the breath and the ‘belly-mind’ instinct. I may also incorporate qigong, free style movement practices, pranayama and meditation.

Intuitive Yoga is your opportunity to go deeper in a yoga class than you have ever gone before.

Kali Foster is a registered Acupuncturist, yoga teacher and Level 2 TRE® instructor. She is the owner of Kallista Chinese Medicine and has been running yoga-based classes and events for over 3 years. She loves movement and dance, and is excited to share TRE®, which has changed her life. Come join her in the gorgeous Yoga Temple for a deeply nourishing experience.
